Cork Golf Club
Cork Golf Club is one of the finest challenges of any golf course in Ireland with an 18 hole championship course over 6,730 yards.It's made up of heathland terrain with large undulating greens and is located amidst beautiful scenery on the estuary of the River Lee as it enters Cork Harbour.
Founded in 1888 and redesigned in 1927 by Dr. Alister Mackenzie, this championship parkland course is as graceful and mature as its age would suggest.
The club has played host to major Amateur and Professional Championships over the years, including the Irish Open, Irish Professional Championships, Irish Close Championships and the National Finals.
